 | How much does live entertainment cost?
The demand for entertainment fluctuates with the day of the week and the time of the year of the event. Thus, the entertainment prices may fluctuate, as well. Let us know the acts you are interested in, the City and State and type of event. And upon request, we will promptly respond with price ranges for the requested acts.

| | | How far in advance do I need to schedule the entertainment?
Each act's schedule is unique. With that in mind, it is difficult to determine a precise time period. However, in most cases, it is one's best interest to use a four to fifteen month window to contract an act.

| | | Can I request promotional material?
Yes, upon request, we shall be glad to send you promotional material in the mail, including pictures, descriptions, and if possible, sample audio and video of performances.

| | | My event is in a remote area, will the acts travel?
Each act has a distinctive traveling preferences. However, the high majority of acts will travel to remote destinations as long as traveling expenses, includingtime of travel are paid for.

| | | Once I select an act, how do I confirm the date?
After selecting an act, you will need to check the act's availabliity with us and solidify the act's price. Once you verbally confirm the date, a contract will be sent to you in the mail. After receiving the contract, please sign both copies and return them in the self-addressed stamped envelope with the necessary deposit. After the leader of the act signs the contract, a final copy of the contract will be sent to you.

| | | Once the entertainment is confirmed, what am I responsible for?
For one, communicate with us. If you have a request or question, just ask. We shall do our best to accommodate your needs. Furthermore, as the contract indicates, you are responsible for providing the necessary staging (if applicable) and electrical requirements for the act. In regards to your guests and your entertainment, you are also responsible for providing a safe environment.

| | | Before my event, will you contact me to discuss the time line and neccessary arrangements regarding entertainment?
Yes, we shall contact you in order to discuss the neccessary arrangements for your special event.
However, please keep in mind that you are welcome to contact us at anytime. We are here to serve you and to ensure that you have a great time along with your guests.
